How do I start a return?Updated a year ago

Arber provides a 30 day return window, to get started head to our returns portal here. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 1-2 business days of receiving the returned item.

*To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition and unopened.
